When this page is loaded in Mozilla, charset changes to ISO-8859-15. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.driverheaven.net/ 2. Wait until it fully loads. Actual Results: View/Character coding will display ISO-8859-15 as active. Expected Results: It should be ISO-8859-1, as the page specifies.
The server sends the following header: Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-15 And this setting should (and does) override the <meta> tag in the page.

How to verify that?
You can use http://webtools.mozilla.org/web-sniffer/ for the raw header (or Telnet, curl, wget or something similar). But someone has changed the webserver in the mean time : it now sends the correct charset (iso-8859-1).
