One of the major screen reader vendors has asked for some new capabilities in our DOM extensions to MSAA. I think this is best handled on ISimpleDOMNode.

Comment on attachment 124728 [details] [diff] [review] Implements ISimpleDOMNode::get_childAt() and ::get_innerHTML() in nsAccessNodeWrap.h follow the format of the existing decls. get_childAt is ok, but get_innerHTML is totally different, and looking at the idl shouldn't be. with that r=jgaunt
