when set a change in the print.footerleft preferences doesn't print those changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.build a xul file with a browser widget and a print button
2.add the following function to print button

3. run as ./mozilla -chrome your.xul

Actual Results:  
renders fine shows whatever you load in the browser, sets the changes in
preferences but, when you actually print it only prints the header changes and
ignores the footer changes

Expected Results:  
should print the header information and the footer information
