here's how to check if this is working: select a mail folder in the folder pane, and go "Edit | Subscribe" the folder picker in the subscribe window should not be pre-flighted with that mail folder because a mail folder doesn't match the rules for the subscribe picker. fix coming soon.

Verified on Linux/WinNT 02-14-16-M14 & Mac 02-15-09-M14 commercial builds. Yes. There are no pre-flighted with mail folders for the subscribe picker. Marking as verified!!
