In pages that have pulldown menus (the <forminput> element, the boxes that the
options would show up in appear on the screen INDEPENDENT OF THE MOZILLA WINDOW
and stay there (you can move the window, and the boxes remain). They close when
the associate pulldown menu is activated, but on site with a lot of pulldowns,
it's a mess, and this happens on every page that has a forminput/pulldown menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load up a page with pulldowns/forminput
2. no special setups
3.

Actual Results:  
just as described above in summary.

Expected Results:  
there should be no gray boxes floating on screen.

Updating to non-404 url, adding "litestep" to summary.

Reporter, can you update with new test info, and possibly include for comparison
what happens when you use the standard windows shell?  Does the new url work as
an example?  I found drop-downs by navigating the site, but they worked for me.

This bug appears to be some collision with some versions of
Litestep.  Apparently one of the Litestep modules interferes with 
a Mozilla conponent and causes this problem. If you change to different theme,
then the problem may disappear. unfortunately, i haven't had
time to figure out which module is screwing up the pull-downs
and with current work on litestep, the whole problem may have
depreciated out of existence.
