208000 - Shrink to Fit no longer shrinks to fit

1.4RC1 no longer shrinks to fit printed output. Last version I used before
upgrading to 1.4RC1 (1.3.1) worked fine.

I am Printing using PCL driver for HP Lasterjet 2100 and a Postscript driver for
a Canon Immage Runner 550. Incorrect behaviour apparent on both printers. So I
don't think it's a driver issue.

This web page prints 6 pages when 'shrink to fit' is selected, and 3 pages when
50% is selected which is the way Mozilla used to print ebay webpages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2732754417&category=3751&rd=1
2. Print preview
3. ensure 'shrink to fit' is selected.
4. Print webpage

Actual Results:  
Printed webpage on 6 pages. First 3 pages exhibit text and images cutoff on
right margin.

Expected Results:  
Shrink width of output to print onto 3 pages and prevent cutoff of text and
images at right margin.

JP White: please retest with Mozilla 1.7b or similar. Shrink to fit works for me.

Behaviour is much better but mild cutoff of right margin still visible on some
pages with Mozilla 1.7b.

Visit http://www.excite.com and do a print priview. Last 1/2" or so of right
margin is cutoff and does not show on print preview.

I DID create a brand new profile to eliminate a profile related issue.

and made sure you do not see one of those bugs now?

Or asked another way:
This bug is about "Shrink to fit" not doing anything at all. But at least
comment #3 suggests that it _IS_ shrinking again now, just not enough (comment
#4 does not have lots of information, please describe more precisely). And for
that, there are several more bugs. Please have a look and mark this bug a
duplicate of one of them, if appropriate.

the same for me. It shrinks but way not enough.
So bug #193680 is it.
