mail cannot be saved when mail database file size exceeed 2.01GB.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a new mail with a large attachement and save.
2. compose mail mail until the "draft" database file larger than 2GB.
3. 

Actual Results:  
the mail later than 2GB will just has the basic field remaining, such as TO, 
SUBJECT. the attachement will not here.

Expected Results:  
any mail database size can grow up to OS limit.
