This is in regards to the context menu that appears when you right click on a
website.  In certain cases, when the context menu loses focus (through a mouse
click, keyboard shortcut, scroll wheel, or some other means), it will not
disappear.  Instead, Mozilla should close the context menu immediately upon its
losing focus via any means.

I can only confirm this on an XP machine, but I suspect it's probably applicable
to all OSes and platforms.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any site that has enough space so you have to scroll vertically.
2. Right click on the page to bring up the context menu.



PROBLEMS
(There are several problem areas, so I will outline each individually here.)
In each of the problems listed, the context menu remains visible and in the same
place.  The correct behavior should be for the context menu to disappear.

SCROLL PROBLEM
Example #1 - Bug 197508
After performing steps 1 and 2, to bring up the context menu, proceed to turn
the scroll wheel on your mouse.  The context menu remains in place and does not
disappear.  You will actually find this filed under Bug 197508.
Example #2
Follow steps 1 and 2.  Click and drag the long bar that scrolls the page up and
down.  Notice that the context menu remains in place until you release the mouse
button.  It should disappear when you first click on the scroll bar.
Example #3
Follow steps 1 and 2.  Click on the top or bottom arrow key on the scroll bar
and hold the mouse button down. Notice that the context menu is only closed once
you release the mouse button and not when you first click on the arrow button.

MENU PROBLEM
Example #4
Follow steps 1 and 2.  Using the mouse, click on the menu and navigate through
it (where in the menu doesn't matter).  Notice that the context menu does not close.
Example #5
Continue to navigate through the menu and open something (say the "Tools->Page
Info" dialogue).  Notice that even then, the context menu has yet to disappear.
 In fact, you will notice that the cotext menu even shows up above any new
preferences dialogues you may open.  In addition, the context menu remains even
if the menu opens a new window or navigate to a new page (try Help->About
Mozilla for a simple example)

OTHER AREAS
Examples #6,#7,#8,#9
After doing steps 1 and 2, the issue will occur if you click inside the address
bar, if you click on a button the toolbar, on the "Search" button, and even if
you just click somewhere else on the page.  Only after releasing the mouse
button does it finally disappear.
