The about:config page does not resize its fonts when using the control-scroll
shortcut. Keyboard shortcuts ctrl-+ and ctrl-- work correctly, however.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open about:config.
2. Hold control, and scroll mouse wheel.


Actual Results:  
Fonts do not change size.

Expected Results:  
Fonts should be smaller (scroll up) or larger (scroll down).

Same thing happens in Bookmarks Manager, and near as I can tell with my
currently limited understanding of the source, both about:config and Bookmarks
Manager are built as menus, not pages, so the scrollwheel functionality probably
has never been implemented.

Not going to change it myself since I'm new to this, but from the guidelines
this would probably be an enhancement as part of the core Browser product, not
just Phoenix.

Same behaviour in Seamonkey trunk. Moving over to Browser product,
Browser-general component. Please move it to the appropriate component, as I'm
unsure which is the right one.

Reassigning obsolete bugs to their respective Seamonkey owners (i.e. nobody). 
If you want this fixed for Firefox, change the Product and Component accordingly
and reassign back to me.
