Details

If you drop a .html file onto the application icon, it should open it. This
should work whether the application is already running or not.

Currently, if the app is running, dropping a file onto its icon does nothing,
except print a warning:
•••###!!! Warning: "failed to create a file spec" at file nsFileChannel.cpp, line
