Dropping a .html file onto the Mozilla icon does not open it

Details
If you drop a .html file onto the application icon, it should open it. This should work whether the application is already running or not. Currently, if the app is running, dropping a file onto its icon does nothing, except print a warning: •••###!!! Warning: "failed to create a file spec" at file nsFileChannel.cpp, line 109
