Trunk build 2003-05-28: WinMe, Mac 10.1.5, Linux RH 8
Overview: Open the import dialog and there is no Help button. A help button
should be present in case the users needs more guidance.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Tools|Import
Actual Results: No Help button is present
Expected Results: A Help button should be present with a link to basic import
information (i.e. Importing a Eudora Address Book on MacX requires the users to
select the Eudora Folder and not the Nicknames folder)
