The progress bar is also doesen't fill. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Download a good sized file (maybe 25MB or more so you have time to accually see the progress) 2.Open the Downloads Sidebar Expected Results: The progress bar should fill as the download progresses and should report current progress from 0% to 100%.
Reproducible should be Sometimes not Always.
