is this the marquee code ? If so marquee Mozilla implementation possibly doesn't handle RTL. the marquee shows such attribute: [...]style="direction: rtl
Confirming. This only seems to happen with a marquee inside a table cell that is narrow enough that the text wraps to the next line.
