Details

In the resource:/res/samples/test8.html sample the radio button and tick box
even though they are disabled still depress, but only if you depress the mouse
button down over them and then while holding it button down move the mouse off
the control. The disabled 'browse' control is not disabled at all.

Tried with 12-10-99 10:00am build with mozilla.exe on WINNT and it works fine.
It does not show the disabled controls depressed. Since this is completely
cross-platform code I expect WIN98 behaves the same.
