User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030604 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030604 If you select "Unread" messages, the mail window will no longer show the message that you had previously selected because it was read. This is inconsistent because when you read messages in the "Unread" mode, they don't disappear unless you select "All" and then "Unread" again. The current message should not disappear when you switch from "All" to "Unread" even though it has been read. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a mailbox with both unread and read messages. 2. Select "All" from the drop down menu to see all messages. 3. Select a message to read it. 4. Select "Unread" from the drop down menu to see unread messages. Actual Results: The message you were reading before switching is lost. Expected Results: It should show all unread messages plus the currently (or previously) selected message that you were reading even though it has been read.

What is the message's status with view back at all messages? unread? If so the message was automatically marked read after "n" seconds. preferences>mail>message display>viewing messages --> INVALID please reopen with more detail if still a problem
