Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Mozilla
2.open mail/newsgroups
3.

Actual Results:  
able to open mail, but doesn't get new messages

Expected Results:  
retrieve new messages

More info from Raymond: My problem started when I was deleting mail marked as
junk and Mozilla crashed. Since then I have observed the error that I submitted.

At this time I can't reproduce the problem.  Is there an error that you receive
when you select Get Msg for that account or do you see a status indicating there
are new messages?
