This is a _new_ bug, meaning I didn't get it it in builds before 1999120408. It now crashes when fetching large amounts of mail headers. It crashed on me up about when I was at 1600 / 1700 I have in my INBOX.
Are you on IMAP? What happens if you rename your .msf file (located in your users50 directory) and then restart and select the Inbox again?
I'm on IMAP. Can't find no Mozilla.msf though. Hrm, in the latest 06 Dec it seems to be working, so maybe it's FIXED?

Mac (1999-12-21-08 M13) I use IMAP, loading 4037 messages, no crash. It works fine.
Win_nt 4.0 (1999-12-21-09 M13) Linux Redhat 6.0 (1999-12-21-08 M13 It also works fine in IMAP too.
