When I am opening any page with java error I am getting a Java error message:

java.lang.NullPointerException

	at com.sun.getjava.GetJavaApplet.init(Unknown Source)

	at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(AppletPanel.java:347)

	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:536)


This is happening only with Firebird.  mozilla (1.4 RC1 and nightly) works just
fine.

Java applet is pointing to 1.4.1_01 (tried pointing applet to JRE and SDK).  I
also have installed 1.4.0, 1.3.1, 1.3.0 and 1.4.2 beta.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any poage with an applet
2.

Actual Results:  
error message

Expected Results:  
applet should be displaed

I've seen a few simular bigs, but I think this is diferent, sence it is
page/applet independent

reporter, have you tried a clean install with a new directory and a new profile?

Yes.  I stared to used Firebird about a month ago, and I am having this problem
from day one.  I have updated firebird with clean install a few times, and once
tried to clean profile

Reporter, if you install to a new directory and create a new profile, does this
still occur?

For what ever reason it started to work on my home computer (with latest build),
and at work I had windows XP installed, and it is working there too, so I think
this bug can be close as worksforme?
