User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529 When opening a pdf (in a new tab) Mozilla appeared to stop responding. This was right after upgrading Mozilla 1.4a to Mozilla 1.4RC1. I tried closing, but eventually had to end task Mozilla. After Mozilla was closed I noticed an Adobe Acrobat "accept license" yes/no dialog. I clicked yes, and the dialog closed. When I try to reproduce the issue the pdf opens normally. I suppose only 'virgin' pdf users will see this error... Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. New install of Mozilla 1.4RC1 2. Open a pdf in a new tab 3. Look for hidden license dialog/you may not be able to minimize Mozilla because it is not responding...
I can confirm this on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030606. However, I'm almost sure this is a duplicate of another bug, but I cannot seem to find it. The problem is that the license window for acrobat doesn't get focus. You can reach it by alt-tabbing to the acrobat application, and then confirming the license. This frees up Mozilla.

I can reproduce this with IE 6.0 SP1 (+ Q813489, Q330994, Q818529) on Win2k SP3. Acroread issue perhaps?
Still occuring in Moz 1.7a. Has this been raised with Adobe?
-> Default contacts I see this too in recent Firefox nightlies.
