There doesn't seem to be a way to filter all messages in an inbox etc. At least
if there is, I can't find it. I want to move all messages arriving in a
particular inbox into another folder. But I can't find a way of doing it. I
could try getting round it with something like "To contains @" but even that
isn't foolproof as some measages have no To address. I tried leaving as the
default "Subject contains <blank>" but that doesn;t work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have some messages in an inbox
2. Try to set up a filter to move them all to a folder

Actual Results:
Nothing I tried would get them all to move.

Expected Results:
Allowed me to set up a filter with no match constraints - perhaps by allowing
the "Fewer" button to delete the one initial constraint. Then Mozilla should
have matched all messages in the inbox and moved them to the specified folder.
