when doing a saveURI from with a XUL application you can hit the saveLinkErrorMsg message indicating that a URI was unable to be saved.
It would be really really nice if the error message saveLinkErrorMsg included the link.
Getting a "The link could not be saved. The web page might have been removed or had its name changed." is not very useful.

Should be changed into:
"The link http://mozilla.org could not be saved. The web page might have been removed or had its name changed."

It would be nice too if this were merely a warning, allowing the user to choose
whether to forget the save or continue with the invalid links. Sometimes, the
user just wants to save a page on local disk. The invalid links may or may not
be significant.

Taking a step back, it seems like the error might be bogus altogether. Browsing
to the same page using Netscape 7 or pasting the URL into Nscp7 results in a
page that can be saved perfectly.
