User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 everytime i try to print any web page in Mozilla, i receive the printing error message, "printing failed for some reason." when i tried printing in Internet Explorer, there is no problem. i'm using HP DeskJet 695C. the printer driver/software is already built-in in Windows XP. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I click on FILE and PRINT 2. the PRINT dialog box appears, when i click on the OK button, i receive the printing error message. Actual Results: I receive the printing error message and i can not print. Expected Results: Print the web page.
Do you have any other printer drivers available to try? For example, could you install a printer driver for a model with a similar model number? I just had a problem with the HP Deskjet 656c printer. I spent many hours re-installing Windows 98SE, drivers, etc and found that the printing worked OK for a while, then stopped printing fonts for Mozilla. I replaced the driver with one for the HP Deskjet 660 and the fonts are working again.
