[PP] Forms buttons black until mouse-over

Details

All the form buttons are drawn as black squares. They do draw correctly when you mouse over them (i.e. the black goes away for the button the mouse is over). Build stats: ---------------------------------------------------- Unix and Windows builds from 12-29-98. Linux Red Hat 5.2 egcs-2.90.29 980515 (egcs-1.0.3 release) gtk+-1.1.9 ramiro's nspr rpm with pthreads ../mozilla/configure --enable-debug --with-pthreads 16-bit display

reopening this one cause now when you mouseover the buttons, they turn grey and the text comes back later....gives the user a feeling that the buttons are not available anymore...

Take my word that this is fixed until you have tested it with GTK 1.1.14 (which hasn't been released yet). If it is still broken after 1.1.14 is out, then reopen it.
