You can not finish the profile manager to get into the browser itself

Details

Install Mozilla on to a new computer or do a fresh install, the profile manager
will appear, click on next and then click on finish, the DOS window will display
an error (can't load:
file:///C:/netscape/bin/chrome/profile/content/default/null.xul (8052e891) )
thus preventing you from getting to the main browser window.

can you check this on Win98.
This works fine on Win NT with today's build for me.
I did reproduce this on Saturday's builds but I am ok today.
WinNT, Win98 and Win95

This is not seen with today's build. Marking invalid.
