Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030606

When I login to the internet banking option of Kiwibank using the above URL, I
expected to see the Password Manager prompt appear. But it didn't.

I've checked the page source, and there is nothing in there about "Autocomplete=off"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open URL
2. Login
3. Expect password manager to appear

Actual Results:
Password Manager doesn't remember login information

Expected Results:
Login info to be remembered.

I notice this HTML line - <meta HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">, not
that I know what it's meant to achieve.

function SubmitLogin()
	document.IBForm.NAME.value = document.IBForm.iName.value;
	document.IBForm.PASSWORD.value = document.IBForm.iPassword.value;
	document.IBForm.iName.value = "";
	document.IBForm.iPassword.value = "";
	return SubmitForm();

This is INVALID.

Do you mean invalid, as in this is why Password Manager isn't catching it, or
invalid as in I shouldn't be able to login to this site.

As I can login with no problem (except that Password Manager doesn't come up),
then I assume you mean my first assumption. Or, in other words, the
SubmitLogin() function may be invalid, but it works well enough to let me login
(and it catches any mistakes in the username and/or password fields).
