sometimes I get 2 messages:
"the connection was refused when attempting to contact www.mozilla.org"
"the connection was refused when attempting to contact tinderbox.mozilla.org"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start Mozilla

Expected Results:
gone to a web page
I tried uninstalling Mozilla and reinstalling it, I tried rebooting, made sure
I had my anti-virus off when I downloaded and installed.

I fixed my problem by using window xp's "system restore" and went back further
and further until I got to the date I had installed "windows update V4". when
I got to how my computer was before that update, Mozilla was also deleted so I
reinstalled it and it works fine.
