The URL given is not the site I was having problems with, WebCT is a course
content delivery system for academic institutions. (and as such an account is
required to access it) The webCT system in question is that at Coventry
University. (webct.coventry.ac.uk)

The problem I have encountered is that the webct module pages (which are
frames-based and dynamically generated (although I don't know what server side
technology is used - sorry) seem to constantly refresh within their frames for
the main page of each module section on the site. This makes the pages seem to
flicker, and therefore be very hard to use.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Simply access any module on the webCT system.

Actual Results:  
Pages within frames refresh constantly as described.

Expected Results:  
Pages should remain so that links can be clicked etc.

Seems only to affect webct.coventry.ac.uk - other installations of the WebCT
system are fine under mozilla.
