I'm making mass changes to an existing bugzilla and sometimes my changes fail.

There's no useful error reporting (like 'foo is not a valid account').

What i'd like is to be able to change the verb from 'new' to 'add' to see what i
did wrong (there are other uses, like automating this process and being able to
link from the error page back to the change page, perhaps i'll do that too)

The template doesn't compile. Also, you should rather implement a "copy/clone" function with a button or link in the UI instead of doing it by editing the URL.
