When i go to the mozdev bugzilla query page, when i select an item in the
"Program" list, Mozilla hangs. I tried this with a 2003-05-09 build then with a
2003-06-10 trunk build.

Reproducible: Always

Sorry, i don't know if this is a regression. Today was the first day i tried
this URL.

if you wait long enough Mozilla comes back (perf problem, not a hang).  mozdev
is using an old version of bugzilla that has slow javascript.  see bug 96534 and
http://mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=2715

of course, Mozilla could always be faster.  :)

Is this still an issue?  It looks like the site updated bugzilla versions, and
there's no testcase in the bug....
