Mark - yes, that's Jan Varga, who I just copied on this bug, because the link
refers to his project...

Please be careful with the bugzilla forms - you just undid the changes I made
when you made that comment... adding dependency back.

seems a crazy way of working (add a link to a non-existant page and then wait
for someone to write the page), but if that's the way it's working, this bug
doesn't need to exist. (even if it was the other way around, this would be a
dupe of the "fixed" add-a-broken-link bug)
