When moving mail from one folder to another within the mail system, the first
move is successful.  Sunsequent moves can only be made after restarting Mozilla
and again, only one per Mozilla session.
Workaround is to move  the relevant dirs and files within the filesystem itself.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move folder from (for example) local folders/folder1 to mymailbox/inbox
2.Move folder from (for example) local folders/folder2 to mymailbox/inbox
3.Observe that step 2 does not succeed.

Actual Results:  
Step 2 did not succeed

Expected Results:  
Execution of step 2 should have succeeded
