Details

Because many protocol handlers in Linux are broken b/c there is no OS-level support, I gave them their own bugs, per protocol scheme. These bugs depend on the old bug number you currently use, to keep the drift low in that bug (the discussion has really drifted to much over the years).
how is the release note file maintained (editied via composer?) I can probably hack the bug number via VI and take care of this if that is okay w/ you.
