Build:1999120608-M12 OS: RH6.0 The default value for the account name is set as "ID on <server name>". And that value can't be changed through account manager. Steps of reproduce: 1. Select "Edit | Account Setup.." on the messenger. 2. Click on New Account to create a new account. 3. Fill out the required info and proceed to the Account Name window. 4. Enter the account name which is different with the default value 5. Finish the rest of new account recreation 6. Select "Edit | Account Setup.." 7. Double click on the account you just created. You'll see the account name shows as "ID on <server name>" and the name you entered in step 4 is not saved.
argh, I just realized I busted this w/last weeks i18n checkin :(
doh, this broke because nsCRT::strcmp() returns 0 ("equal") when either parameter passed are null.
