209313 - "Unblock Images from this Server" does not toggle

When images from a page are blocked, the "Block Images from this Server" (from
the right-click menu) will change to "Unblock Images from this Server". 
However, it won't change back.

After further inspection, I found the potential cause of the problem: On the
Manage Image Permissions dialog, the server that was blocked has "site can load
images", which means it was already unblocked, but since whatever variable that
controls the menu probably checked the EXISTANCE of the entry, and not whether
that entry was set to "site can load images", the menu item remains at "Unblock".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Block an image
2. Unblock an image
3. Try to reblock the image, which won't work from the right-click menu.

Actual Results:  
"Unblock Images from this Server"

Expected Results:  
"Block Images from this Server"

Tested it on Google.  Same issue.  (I didn't think it was server-dependant, anyway.)

Works for me on linux 2003061108. Can you try a newer build? There have been

Using latest nightly build on two different PCs.  Now it works.  Please mark as
WORKSFORME and close.  Sorry about that.

You can actually do it yourself.

Just make sure you're logged into Bugzilla and select the option to Resolve the
bug as WORKSFORME, then press Commit.
