Using 1.4rc1 which is newer than 1.4b and latest to the date, main page reports
that i'm in old version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Mozilla 1.4rc1
2. go to url http://www.mozilla.org
3. look at the page

Actual Results:  
I saw "Hey, you're using an old browser!"

Expected Results:  
Show usual page w/o any warnings.

None.
