A midas color picker opens in a new window and calls 
window.opener.execCommand('forecolor',false,colorcode) after which the color
picker window closes itself. After this, not all previously selected characters
in the iframe display the correct color (the color is applied to a smaller
selection). However, the HTML that is generated is correct; so a workaround is
getting the iframe html and rewriting it to the iframe, after which things are
rendered properly.
