Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030612 Mozilla Calendar 2003061213-cal When Calendar preferences are opened by selecting Edit\Preferences in Calendar window, "Calendar" section is not highlighted (and it should be). For comparison, select Edit\Preferences in Navigator, and Navigator will be highlighted; same for Composer, MailNews and ChatZilla.

Hint: change in prefOverlay.xul --- <treechildren id="panelChildren"> <treeitem id="calendarPanel" container="true"> <treerow> <treecell class="treecell-indent" url="chrome://calendar/content/pref/calendarPref.xul" label="&calendar.label;" id="calendar"/> </treerow> <treechildren id="panelChildren"> -- the second id "panelChildren" to some other e.g. "calendarChildren". And put this to the third prameter of goPreferences( "calendarPanel", "chrome://calendar/content/pref/calendarPref.xul", "calendar" ); in calendar.js change the third parameter to the "panelChildren"
Can a patch be made for this?
Created attachment 129218 [details] [diff] [review] Patch O.K. I have looked for this in more detail now and solution is more simple then my recommendation in comm #2 Only change the third parameter in goPreferences()
Patch checked into cvs. Thanks Martin.

Martin, perhaps you could also help to bug 213097? It's pretty similar, but it's related to ChatZilla.
