using 12/6 build of apprunner 1999120608 on all platforms

1) launch apprunner
2) File | New | Blank page

this option is not there anymore...

same for under apprunner File menu..

I do see Edit page on the Mac...but this is in the wrong place..

all platforms.

There's a problem trying to use the same menu item in different menus but
use different text for the item. The spec says you are supposed to have the
module-specific "new" item as the first one in the File menu. Thus we have
"Edit Blank Page" for Composer. It should be named "New Blank Page".
In Navigator, we are currently using "Edit Blank Page" as the first item in
the "New" submenu, which doesn't follow the spec. The global "New" Submenu
needs finalizing as the spec was written before Composer was in the product.
I'll use this bug to track the "new" items and submenu issues. For example,
something like "Edit Blank Page" should be an item in all "New" submenus,
along with "Navigator Window", "Message", etc.
Sujay: Akkana tells me the first item in the File Menu (supposed to be
"Edit Blank Page") is completely blank in today's build? Is that what you are
reporting here?

Wording for menu items is now correct: In Web Composer's File menu, 1st item:
"New Blank Page"
and in the "New" submenu of Navigator: "Edit Blank Page"
We should move this item from the app-specific area of the Browser submenu
to the bottom of "New" submenu, along with other "start new window" items for
the other modules (currently has new Browser, Message, Address card, and New IM 
message.)
