Please, always submit only one problem in each bug report!. in the code of MBNA they have don't want the browser to remember the values so they added AUTOCOMPLETE="off" to the form. Mozilla is just behaving the way they want (or else some banks wouldn't allow to use it). About the Start problem, you should try the latest rc of Mozilla 1.4, lots of changes have been made since 1.3 Resolving as invalid.

I can't reproduce the "start with blank page" bug on the latest trunk build of Mozilla.
