Hello, Everytime I try to paste a long adress into the location bar (ctrl+v), the browser freezes for a minute and then a whole bunch of garbled up **** is at the end of the address (example:http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Hall/2657/index.html3sdkKOu8). To reproduce this problem, copy a very long address and paste. I am on a Packard Bell PC running Windows 98. My build number is 1999120315.

I tried checking to see if it was a duplicate and I thought it was a new problem but I might be wrong.

exotrip@excite.com, I believe this is a duplicate of 19571, which is now fixed. Might you care to try this again with a newer build --- and re-open if you're still seeing the problem? (I can't reproduce on yesterday morning's Win32 build on NT 4.0 SP5.) Thanks! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 19571 ***
