Same is true with Mozilla 1.4rc1 on MSWindows XP. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select Bookmarks 2. Select File Bookmark 3. Select New Folder Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Open window to specify New Folder properties. This is a new bug that appeared in Mozilla 1.4rc1 or thereabouts.
You must first select a folder to create the new folder in. Now that bookmarks has a top-level folder, you must select it or a subfolder first before it will create a new folder.
