209504 - pages have duplicated content, unusable

With linux turnk build 20030615, the whole bonsai query page is displayed twice
(except for the bottom <hr> and text below it).  Trying to use the top copy
seems to make changes to the bottom one, but neither of them actually work. 

A Firebird build from 2003061415 (CVS) does not exhibit the bug and the binary
trunk build is from 2003061505, so this seems to be a regression from bug 22480
(I'll attach a testcase that also points at bug 22480)

I saw the same problem changing the product in a bugzilla submission, but could
not reproduce it.

This testcase doesn't seem to have problems in the .mozilla.org binary build,
but consistently exhibits the bug with a debug build from this morning.

An optimized CVS build from tonight has problems sometimes (reload repeatedly
and it eventually exhibits the bug).

Attachment: a tetstcase that shows the problem reliably for me

This shows the problem more reliably.  I don't see the problem with attachment
125722 [details], probably since I have a fast connection (so I get the content in larger
chunks).
