The UA sniffer on this page sends mozilla to Layer verison of the site because
of this mozilla users can't login to the site. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the URL given
2.Enter your user name
3. Enter password 
4. Press login
Actual Results:  
Nothing the waiting gif continues to run

Expected Results:  
Shown me a summary of my account.
