I clicked to open mozilla, it opened but didn't show in windows taskbar until 5
minutes later.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click mozilla icon
2. Mozilla opens
3. wait

Actual Results:  
mozilla took five minutes (after opening) to appear in the windows taskbar

Expected Results:  
appeared in the taskbar when it opened
Reese, what's your CPU/RAM? What other processes are running when you see this?
