first step: pause a download and close the MozillaFirebird program; second step:
start MozillaFirebird and restart the download. In this way The information of
the KB/sec are calculated not on the actual download speed, but it show higher
speed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch a download
2.pause it
3.close Firebird
4.start Firebird
5.restart the download

Actual Results:  
the download speed is more higher than the real download speed

Expected Results:  
the right download speed
