in internet explorer you are able to use the scroll wheel on the mouse to scroll
the tables up and down. for some reason mozilla doesnt utilize the scroll wheel
and you have to manually scroll the tables

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://eviltech.diaryland.com
2. use mouse scroll wheel to try and scroll up and down
3. watch and wonder why nothing happens

Actual Results:  
the page did not scroll using the mouse wheel

Expected Results:  
scrolled the table up and down using the scroll wheel
