Reporter, can you install 1.4RC2 and view this page? If there is still something
misalinged, can you make a screenshot?

Note, the "menu buttons" (Aquamist Resources -> Global Warming) Come out of
the background image square that is on the left border, just above and to the
left of the phrase "WATER INJECTION" in bronze, to the left of the vertical red
bar. They come out of that square and make a clockwise expanding circular arc
before they drop into place. Something about this must be the issue.

Sorry, the above images are in 1.4RC2 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030612
Confirmed on 20030908 trunk build, win2k. It displays as expected in IE6. My
suspicion is that the JavaScript is generating illegal HTML or interacting badly
with the DOM. If that's not the case then this is a definite bug, but I don't
know enough to classify it as one or the other.
I would move this to DOM Level 0 as a first stab at triage if I had the permissions.

Do I need to do that as the originator?
-> DOM Level 0
I apoligize if this should have gone to Layout, or if it is MSIE specific and
something Mozilla deliberately does not handle. I don't know enough about this
myself and just want the right people to look at it before marking it invalid.
