here is a pic or what happens when i load any file download page at fileplanet.com

the links circled can not be clicked, and most of the text is rendered incorrectly.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mozilla
2.goto fileplanet.com
3.clicke any file and goto its download page

Actual Results:  
some of the personal servers links can not be clicked, and the text for the last
server is overlapping

Expected Results:  
allowed me to click the two links so i can download from those two servers.

Please save the page as "web page, complete" and attach to this bug.  It looks
like fileplanet is relying on a CSS-rendering bug in IE and hence ends up with
overlapping content in browsers with a correct "height" implementation....

Yep.  They set a height of "35px" on a bunch of <div>s, all of which need more
like 50px to render.  So the content ends up overlapping, and mouse events get
eaten.  The problem is that IE treats "height" as meaning "min-height", so
ignores the perfectly valid CSS in this case....
