User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030612

In every page with a dialog box and/or a pull down list, these items are
missing. So, if I go to google I am unable to enter any text to perform a
search. I am unable to fill out any form data or login to any site at all.
Using the tab key is not a work around to this problem!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto www.google.com (or any other site)
Actual Results:
every aspect of google.com apparently loads except for the dialog box (which is
given space for)

Expected Results:
produced a box for me to enter text into

Turn off XBL form controls in your debug preferences (if using a release build,
you may have to hand-edit the pref.js file).

If XBL form controls are off and you are still seeing this problem, please
reopen the bug.
