I am using Windows ability to "Extend Desktop" to stretch desktop over two
monitors. My secondary screen is located left of the primary, so horizontal
window coordinates are negative for that screen. If i open mozilla browser and
maximize it in secondary screen, then every menu (file, edit, view, address bar
lookup, popup menus) are positioned at the left side (left:0) on _primary_
monitor, instead of secondary where they should be. Quite annoying.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have two monitors linked together by "Extend my Windows Desktop to this
monitor" feature on Display Properties/Settings.
2.Position secondary screen left from primary, by moving the screen picture on
the Display Properties/Settings
3.Open mozilla browser, move it to secondary display and maximize.
4.Try to access any menu by mouse, keyboard shortcut etc. For example, alt-f

Actual Results:
Menu opens on primary screen on the left side of it.

Expected Results:
Open the menu at the correct position under the "File"
